Someone could take on this role of accessing the emails and updating this site)
Part one of this site: Blog for all leaders to add their ideas and projects, Leaders will read and be able to make comments to as to help other leaders by giving positive feedback and their own experiences or resources to help further this project. For example one Leader has an idea of a fund raiser and if other Leaders have an experience they could share to save time and energy for the project and get the goal accomplished quickly and as painless as possible. When the project manager submits a project that name will be registered so the name is safe but closed until the Leader feels that the project is ready for the public and that the bugs have been worked out.
(I am wondering if one person could take this job on by taking the project from the email and creating a blog for the project and then by cutting and pasting the file into the blog from the email. To make it easier for this person Leaders emailing new project would put the name of their cafe project in the heading of the email. When the project Leaders works out the bugs in their own can resubmit the project and it would be reposted for further feedback s when this is done the project would get the go ahead and become open for the public. The person in charge of the members list would then email the member list to the new open cafe and the PHA public member would)
Part Two: List of all Leadership graduates part of Cafe project
Part Three: List of new members so we can keep track of our community (this job could be handled by maybe another Leader if the work become too much for one person and in order to make the job easier, we could have the ASOs put in subject header new member so that this job would be made easier, and if it gets too much work than we would post a job for this position I would rather it be a Leadership graduate or someone that is trust worthy (membership would have passwords here and be protected so only manager can access this information).
